Sewage Air Valve

SERIES 6600 is a single chamber sewage air valve, which designed to prevent dynamic closure under higher air velocity. Valves has double orifice and perform three functions. The three function of the valve shall include:
(1) Valves exhaust large quantities of air during the filling of a piping system and close upon liquid entry.
(2) Valve open to admit air during draining pipeline draining or in negative pressure conditions.
(3) valve releases accumulated air from a piping system while the system is in operation and under pressure.

Features

Main Product Features
  • Large lower body designed with strongly sloped funnel shaped walls to avoid deposit of grease or other sold material.
  • Four ribs obtained by casting to guide the stainless-steel float.
  • Upper body containing a casing that protects the air release device against spurts during rapid filling.
  • Maintenance can be easily performed from the top without removing the air valve from the pipe.
  • Large AISI 316 stainless steel floats, placed on the lower body, and connected through a stainless-steel stem to the air release system.
  • Internal body guide and upper round wall keep float moving on its rail and keep liquid turbulence flow within this area.
